Helfman Davis & Associates is a quality small firm that has been located in South Orange County since 1993. Although we have roots that started with Deloitte in Costa Mesa, CA, we are proud of the quality services that we have provided small businesses. We are known by our clients for our honesty and integrity and we are devoted to the highest standards, delivering great value to our clients. What started out as a one-person firm back in 1993 has evolved through acquisitions and growth that employs ten individuals in three different states, including three partners. We provide a national firm experience to our clients in a very personal and small firm setting.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our clients in the areas of prepared, compiled, and reviewed financial statements, tax advisory and compliance services, estate and trust services, payroll services, trustee services, and outsourced accounting. We do this by listening to our clients and communicating with them regularly, maintaining the quality of work and adhering to the ethical responsibilities of our profession.

We undergo a “peer review” every three years by a group of specially trained independent CPAs that is conducted in accordance with standards established by the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of Public Accountants, and we have received the highest rating on our peer reviews since the peer review process started.
